London Online PrEP Service
If you have previously received PrEP from one of our clinics and fulfill certain criteria, you are eligible to use our Online PrEP Service. To use this service, you must have completed an SHL home testing kit within the past six weeks. This service allows you to fill out a form and have your PrEP mailed out to you or you can collect it from Mortimer Market Centre. You are eligible to use our Online PrEP Service if:
- You live in one of the following boroughs: Camden, Islington, Haringey, and Barnet
- You are under 40 years old
- You have previously received PrEP from our clinics (Mortimer Market Centre, Archway Centre, Edgware Community Hospital) and your last appointment was face to face
- You take PrEP daily and haven’t missed any doses
- You haven’t been told you need your kidney function monitoring more than once yearly
How our Online PrEP Service works
- Complete an SHL testing kit within six weeks of submitting your Online PrEP form
- Complete and submit the Online PrEP form
- Within 5 working days you will receive a text confirming that your PrEP has been prescribed and dispatched ready to click and collect or posted out
- If you don’t meet the criteria to use the service, you may be sent a text asking you to book an appointment in clinic. Occasionally we may need to speak to you on the phone before prescribing your PrEP remotely; in this case you will be sent a text with a time for a telephone appointment
