Have you had a HIV test via SHL (Sexual Health London) in the last 6 weeks? No Yes
Have you got more than 2 weeks PrEP left? No Yes

If you have had anal sex in the last 72 hours without condoms or PrEP you may require post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), please attend your nearest sexual health service or access urgent care.

Please provide your Sexual Health London (SHL) User ID and the PX number for your most recent set of tests. When you log into SHL, your User ID can be found on the home screen underneath your name. The PX number for your tests can be found in the ‘Screening & Treatment History’ section of your account.
