HSV Online Resupply Service
This online service is for people who have already started herpes (HSV) treatment at Mortimer Market, Archway Centre or Barnet services.
A clinician will review the information you provide to check that it is safe and appropriate to continue your Aciclovir treatment.
Important:
This form is only for patients who were originally started on treatment by one of our clinics. If you would like to start herpes suppression for the first time, please book a clinic appointment below:
What happens next?
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 working days
- If we need to see you in clinic, we will contact you directly
- If approved, you will receive a text message confirming your prescription
You can then collect your medication by walking into one of the following clinics:
Your medication will be prepared when you attend.
Treatment reviews:
We recommend reviewing if you still need suppression after 12 months. If you'd like to talk about stopping, please tick the box in the form.
If you would like a clinical review - for example if:
- You are pregnant
- Your medication is not working
- You would like to stop suppression
