Men’s Health Week: think before you link
4 June 2025
This Men’s Health Week (10–16 June), we’re talking about something that doesn’t always get enough airtime: your sexual health.
Whether you're dating, in a relationship, or just enjoying life on your own terms staying safe and informed about your sexual health is one of the best ways to take care of yourself (and your partners).
Live in Surrey and need some condoms?
You can get free condoms if you live in Surrey. Condoms protect against both STIs and unplanned pregnancy.
The C-Card Condom Distribution Scheme (CDS) offers free, confidential access to condoms for young people aged 13-24 in Surrey. This programme is designed to support safer sexual health for young people.
· Where to Get Condoms: Free condoms are available at various locations (outlets) across Surrey. Please note that some outlets may have limited hours, and some (like colleges) may only serve students who attend their college.
· How to Register:
o Ages 16-24: Sign up online for the C-Card Scheme here
o Under 16: Register in person at one of our participating outlets.
o Find Your Nearest Outlet: Check for your closest registration and collection point here
Not under 25? Don’t worry free condoms are still available. Visit our Surrey sexual health page to see where you can pick them up, or speak to your local clinic.
Thinking about PrEP?
PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a medication you can take to protect yourself from HIV. It’s a great option if you’re at higher risk and want that extra layer of peace of mind.
You can book a PrEP appointment or order repeat prescriptions online through our Surrey sexual health services. It's confidential, free, and our friendly team is here to support you every step of the way.
Already using PrEP? Make sure you stay up to date with your check-ups and reorders they’re quick to book online and keep everything running smoothly.
Not in Surrey?
If you're based in London, visit our main sexual health website to find out how to access PrEP, testing and more in your area.
