Patient engagement events in Surrey
We are always pleased to hear what you think of our services. Sharing your views and experiences can help us to make improvements.
CNWL is committed to involving patients and the public in its work and this is a focus in the Surrey Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Services. CNWL will be holding engagement events in partnership with Public Health, Surrey County Council at the three main clinics during April. This will be an opportunity for patients to share their views and experiences of the service they have received from CNWL.
The events will be led by staff who work in the service who will be available to answer any questions, concerns and compliments you may want to share. There will be a paper based questionnaire that patients will be encouraged to complete and hand in. For those who are unable to attend the events, the questionnaire will be available online.
The 3 events will take place:
|Thursday 18 April 2019||1pm-3pm||Woking Sexual Health Clinic, Woking Community Hospital, 2 Heathside Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7HS|
|Monday 29 April 2019||3.3.0pm-5.30pm||Earnsdale Sexual Health Clinic, 2 Whitepost Hill, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6BD|
Surrey County Council and NHSE Specialised Commissioning South are looking to gain your feedback about sexual health and HIV services in Surrey through two online questionnaires, one is for patients and another for professionals:
